Order
Number of people: 6 nigiri sushi and 1 thin roll (6 slices) for one adult as a guide. One roll is about 3 pieces of nigiri. If it is only thin rolls, it is 3 servings per person. In terms of Futomaki, about 1.5 rolls are enough for one adult.

Preference
First, we will ask if you have any allergies.
For example, mackerel contains allergens.
Next, we will ask you about your preferences.
You can choose the ingredients according to your taste, such as if you like sweet sushi or just salmon.
Sweet sushi includes conger eel, eel, and egg.
Sake
If you like sake, we will choose sake that goes well with sushi.
If you choose by scent, "Dassai"
if you love "dry", "Kikusui dry" and "Tatenokawa Honryu dry".
Jozen of Niigata for sake that doesn't fight with food
Sake from Fushimi, Kyoto will go well with slightly rich dishes.
Pick-up
Sushi cannot be made in advance. We will allocate time so that it can be completed just before pick-up.
It is best to have it ready as close to the party as possible.

California roll basics are included following ingredients;

It is a futomaki rolled with these.
There are two ways to roll it: the nori roll with the seaweed facing down and the ura roll with the sushi rice on the outside. Depending on the store, Tobikko may be added to the uramaki, or furikake may be added.
